Bella's Dinner Menu that she didn't have around the Cullens house

Last week, we were thinking about Bella in Twilight and discussing about what meal she would of had around the Cullens house. It was quite difficult in the fact that we didn't want to make something too chefy, nor too lame. So, whilst we were watching The Great British Menu on TV, (Every week, BBC 2 @ 6:30pm) We decided that we would recreate the dinner that Bella didn't have, so on Saturday 16 May 2009, we made a 4 course meal, inspired by The Great British Menu & keeping in mind, to an 'italian' theme, hench the 'Italiano'. Above are the dishes that we made:

Appetizer: Italian Avocado, Mozzerella Salad with a basil & garlic dressing

Starter: Anchovies with Toasted Goats Cheese Croutons

Main: Chicken & Mushroom Tortellini with a tomato & olive sauce

Dessert: Crunchy Icecream Pie with Chocolate cookies, nuts & a caramel topping

(Forgot to mention Bella in the book was not a vegetarian, so am going by that)
