Bit of a late post, however I managed to find some photographs of the
roast Lemon and Rosemary chicken, which I had made during the build up
to christmas day.
One thing for I definitely am going to make this chicken recipe again!
I firstly saw it from the http://www.jamieoliver.com/recipes/chicken-recipes/roast-chicken-with-lemon-and-rosemary-ro website and found
the concept of a whole lemon placed within the caviety of the chicken
quite interesting. So, I gave it a go.
