Breaking Dawn Vs Popcorn!

Breaking Dawn Vs Popcorn!

I have discovered how to make great tasting Cinema Style Sweet Popcorn whilst enjoying it when I watch Twilight. The recipe that I have created is below, enjoy!

Ingredients

3 1/2 ounces Popcorn Kernels
Vegetable Oil
2 ounces Butter
2 ounces Caster Sugar

Method

1) Put a empty pan with a lid on, on a stove till it's very hot. Then add about a medium sized tsp of oil into the pan. Let the oil get very hot. You will know when it's ready, when it gets fuming hot.

2) Add a thin layer of Popcorn Kernels, (not all of it) into the hot pan and immediately place the lid on top of the pan. Next give the pan a good shake to cover the kernels in oil.

3) Contuine to do this till all the kernels is gone and adding new oil in each new addition.

4) During this time, get yourself a medium sized microwave-able bowl and put the butter into it. Next put it in the microwave for 45 secs till the butter is fully melted. Add the Caster Sugar and give it a mix.

5) The popcorn kernels would have started to pop within the pan, just shake the pan now and then to evenly loosen the odd kernels down to the bottom of the pan. When the popping sound reduces, remove the pan off the heat. Put the popcorn into a large bowl and using a large spoon, give the butter and sugar mixture a good mix and scoop some of the butter mixture over the popcorn. Do not pour all of the butter mixture into the popcorn otherwise they will become sloggy and top half will be coated and the bottom half not. So just drip the butter mix over the popcorn, give it a mix, then pour some more butter mixture over the top, mix. Contuine this till all the butter is in the popcorn. Gently mix the popcorn in a circle/cut/fold effect (like Delia Smith would do).

6) Leave it to cool and its ready to eat, whilst watching Twilight!
